About

Why SHANS

Good opportunities usually start with the right conversation.

I enjoy talking to people, understanding what they actually need, and connecting them with someone who can deliver it. That's the role I naturally play — a bridge between businesses and the specialists who can help them.

Before this, I spent close to a year sourcing people for a team — messaging dozens of candidates a day, having real conversations, and finding the right fit for the role. That's where the habit of reaching out first and listening carefully actually comes from.

My background is technical: PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Unity, Blender, FL Studio, AI tools and some hands-on experience with crypto and blockchain. I've built websites, web apps and a few creative and experimental projects along the way.

That mix gives me perspective on both sides of a deal — the technical side and the business side — which makes it easier to understand the people and services I represent, and to explain them clearly to the businesses I talk to.
